Transmit also to les Price a copy of us Foughtrie's letter of the 20th November 1880, my minute upon it of the same date, and the Acting Colonial Secretary's minute 14th December 1880, and invite him to say how it came to pass that such omissions were made in the official documents he had been instructed to send to us Foughtrie.
